Angry birds Playable Cake structure

I used a styrofoam board, and wrapped with baking foil and spread frosting across. The structures were kit kats and reese peanut butter wafer bars, sat against rectangular blocks of cakes. Based on my experience here, in summer time or indoors, when this huge structure would not fit in my fridge, I suggest to use, brownie blocks and coat it with melted chocolate - it holds up better than cake itself.

Each kid at the party will get a try to launch the birds made of fondant into the structures to bring the green piggies down as they were enjoying fried eggs from the birds.

M&Ms cakes

M&Ms characters in fondant sitting on a chocolate sheet sponge cake, whipped cream with chocolate shavings.

This cake was made for my son's 5th birthday to celebrate with his classmates. I was pleased that I manage to capture Green's character with Michael Jackson's fedora, Yellow's innocence, Red's brassiness and Blue's coolness and lastly, Orange's introvertedness.

Kita's wedding cake 2012

This is my third wedding cake, feels great looking at how far I have come in my baking techniques. Thanks, Kita (the bride) for letting me make your lovely cake!

Happy 1st Wedding Anniversary!

My friend, Angelia & Allen Westersund celebrate their first wedding anniversary this 24th September. We enjoyed their wedding ceremony and reception. The bride looked gorgeous and the groom was handsome.

Congrats Allen & Angelia.

P/S Thanks for letting me make your wedding cake.
