Geisha 3D cake

My 2nd 3D bust cake of a geisha girl. For Mariah who turned 16. Oh how you have grown.
Gumpaste flowers adorned her hair and exquisitely looking geisha girl.

Chanel cake - graduation

My cousin Annie's oldest child - Noelle graduated with high honors from USF. The cake travelled all the way back to SF. This one is for you - Robert Kot. We miss you!

Wedding cake - Kondo style

This is a five tier cake, 6 inches each tier. It took the strength of 2 men to get it safely to the site. Congrats to Jade and Grant! May you have a wonderful life together!

Betty Boop tea set cake

Margret turned 90. She loves Betty Boop. Made this for her golden years! 90 wowser!

Fishy cake

My son called this a fishy cake which is a bass frolicking by the lake. I used rice krispies to make the fish and the rest is buttercream.

Alden 70th birthday

I tried to incorporate all the things that Alden loves to do, avid photographer, former VP of Home Builders Association in Washington DC, a local judge for Miss America pageant, a loving brother to Karen, my dear friend.
A DLSR camera sits on top and printed pics of film reminiscing his past work with the community and family pictures.

Spiderman in 3D

I ventured into 3D sculpting with cake, invested in an airbrushing machine, my first attempt was the Spiderman 3D bust. The head is made of styrofoam and the rest is handcarved cake.

This time I used buttercream as the exterior medium and airbrushed with Super Red. Handpiped spider web design.

I love the LV Murakami bag

A bridal shower cake for my friend, Jade who got married last year.

All edible. For anyone who loves Louis Vuitton! For me personally, I am a Coach gal!

Louis Vuitton leather bag cake

I made this in 2 days, baked, stacked, carved and makings the parts to form it. Loved the airbrushing - gives the cake bag dimension instead of flat fondant in brown. I chose to use frosting sheet for the LV print since it was a special request from a dear friend whose spouse turn 40.

Push UP Cakes

This is great for parties! No mess, no spill! Customizable filling. The latest novelty made in Italy. This would work for my son's upcoming birthday in August. I plan to fill it with soft serve and topped with chocolate mousse.

Curious monkey in a box theme

I made this one for a dear family friend Diana's daughter, Mandy Hill's baby shower. It is a square cake stacked up and covered with fondant panels and topped with mini marshmallows and a monkey making a mess digging for bananas.

This was made for my niece, Samer, who turned 18 last November. Loved the peonies.

A Despicable Me Minion 3D cake

I made this for my daughter's first birthday - it is all cake and enrobed with fondant. It was huge hit at the party, some thought it was novelty display from the movie itself. Ha! That is a great compliment!
